Our staff are continuing to provide 100% support and service
We've completely restructured our work environment so that our specialist teams are able to continue their essential work from home in self-isolation – all staff are still on hand to provide our award-winning service, support and guidance. COVID-19 and your insurance policy with us
In light of current uncertainty caused by the outbreak of COVID-19, we understand that there will inevitably be questions over your church insurance.

So that our staff can continue with this essential work, we have introduced a range of precautions to protect everybody as it is completed. These reflect the latest guidance from the Government, Devolved Administrations and other trusted sources.
We will only complete this work with your agreement
Our staff are provided with all necessary information and training to carry out their work safely to reduce the risk of infection.
In arranging any visit, our staff will confirm any specific precautions to be taken with you.
We continue to monitor the effectiveness of our precautions in the light of any revised guidance, changes in best practice or the feedback we receive.

Claims service during COVID-19
Our dedicated claims team are all operating from home offering our usual service.
When it comes to responding to claims relating to COVID-19, we adhere to a clear set of principles set out by the ABI (Association of British Insurers), designed to reassure customers at this uncertain time.
Principles including but not limited to
- Providing you with clear, accurate and timely communication
- Paying valid and evidenced claims as soon as possible, including interim or part payments to help relieve the pressure
- Where we reach decision not to pay a claim, we will notify you promptly and set out our reasons in full in plain English, including details of our complaints procedure
